Project Title: FIRE STATION #1
• Location: Memphis , TN
• Client Name: Zellner
• Project Description: This project involved the hanging and installation of hardware on 50 commercial-grade hollow metal doors at a Memphis fire station. The installation will ensure that the doors meet fire safety standards, provide secure access, and support the operational needs of the fire station. The scope includes installing, hinges, locks, panic hardware, door closers, and weatherstripping, as well as testing for proper functionality and safety compliance.

• Client Name: Hillwood Construction
• Project Description: This project involved the modification of 20+ existing door frames to accommodate concealed door closers. The goal was to ensure a precise and secure fit for the closers, enabling smooth and efficient door operation. Modifications were made to the frames to meet the specific requirements of inline closers, allowing smooth operation of the large 9 Foot doors. Metal Fabrication and Bondo were used to make a clean Factory look finish.

Project Title: Ford Blue Oval

• Client Name: LaSalle
• Project Description: This project involved the hanging, installation of hardware, and extensive metal fabrication and modification on over 300 doors at the Ford Blue Oval Electric vehicle Manufacturing Plant. The work ensured that the doors meet the plant’s operational, security, and safety requirements while Following all Strict PPE, Drug Screening, and safety requirements. Also using preferred contractor software to see plans + complete punch items
Project Title: LEGACY 9

• Client Name: Hillwood Construction
• Project Description: This project involved the installation of 60-70 commercial-grade hollow metal doors at a warehouse facility. The installation included adding secure weather stripping, drip caps, and door sweeps to enhance the door's energy efficiency, security, and weather resistance. The goal is to ensure the doors are fully functional, secure, and provide a proper seal to protect the warehouse from external elements.

• Project Description:This project involved the installation of 35-40 doors with various finishes, including standard, bulletproof, and FEMA-rated doors, for enhanced security and functionality. The scope includes hanging the doors with different finishes such as wood, metal, and specialty coatings, as well as ensuring the proper installation of bulletproof and FEMA doors to meet safety and regulatory requirements. The goal is to provide a secure, durable, and functional door system for the facility, tailored to specific security needs.

• Project Description: This project involved the installation of65-70 doors and hardware at an EPA office facility. The scope includes hanging doors, installing hardware such as locks, hinges, and closers, and ensuring each door is secure and functional to meet the office’s operational and safety requirements.

• Project Description: This project involved the installation of 35 new doors and modifying the existing strike pockets on steel frames to fit new strikes for the door latches. The scope includes removing the old doors, installing the new ones, and adjusting the strike pockets on the steel frames to ensure a secure and precise fit for the updated latch strikes. The objective is to ensure proper door function, security, and alignment.
